We are currently preparing a 5W ultra-sleep eco-friendly bathroom fan that is scheduled to be released in the second half of 21.
We need to pay attention to the new product because it is a product that responds to the high-efficiency eco-friendly market while developing the lowest ultra-power-saving ventilator in Korea.
This product has been applied by maintaining a pleasant bathroom environment with constant ventilation for 24 hours and developing a power-saving BLDC motor.
By miniaturizing the motor with groundbreaking technology, it has secured SENSORRLESS (technical patent), automatic soldering process, and long-term life reliability without failure.
BLDC Super Power Bathroom Fan Motor's reliability guarantee is 5 years.
It is an eco-friendly product that can be reduced to 18W by installing a BLDC super-power motor at 37W, which is the basic power consumption, and reduce 64kg CO2 per year.
It is also responsible for air quality not only in bathrooms but also in other spaces such as shoe racks and dress rooms.
"Dosco's bathroom ventilator is not just ventilation, but it seeks a society that meets consumer needs with excellent technology and coexists with the environment through product development," said Lee Sun, CEO of Dosco Industry.
"We expect to receive a lot of love from consumers as a company that is one step ahead of the eco-friendly market with the launch of 5W ultra-power-saving bathroom fans." he said.

The Elesa range features high quality, easy to use, free-rolling wheels for fitting to custom axles integral to a trolly, or as fully assembled castors. Castor formats include fixed bracket and wheel for use as a stabilising pair, matched to a swivel pair, and wheel with fixed bracket or swivel bracket, also swivel bracket with total lock. Wheels offer up to 8000N static load capacity, while plate and stud mounting variants are available to allow steering and locking as needed.
Elesa ESD castors protect against static build up by use of special polyurethane tyres with electrical resistivity <10 9 Ω which prevent the accumulation of electrostatic charge. RE.F5-ESD wheels are therefore suitable for applications in "ESD PROTECTED AREAS" where all components sensitive to electrostatic discharges must be treated with the minimum risk of damage. The electrical specifications meet the requirements of the ISO 22878:2004 standard.
This new introduction of ESD castors compliments the rest of the Elesa ESD range, which includes levelling feet, ball transfer units, bridge handles and fluted grip knobs.
Further information regarding Elesa products may be found here.

Backed by the “3i Program” that BEAZ ( https://beaz.bizkaia.eus/) promotes in the Basque Country, Heroslam faces three main lines of strategic action for 2020-2021. On the one hand, to increase the production capacity of thread rolling tools by acquiring new and state-of-the-art machinery that allows them to absorb the growing demand of their clients in sectors as demanding as automotive, aerospace and energy, in which Heroslam enjoys an excellent international position.
The application of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 strategies will be aimed at improving the efficiency of the production process, increasing production capacity between 20% and 30% and shortening production lead-time and delivery times.
In the R&D chapter, Heroslam intends to increase its capacity to improve products, expand the range of tools that respond to a greater number of applications and explore new and disruptive technologies such as additive manufacturing and the application of new materials to stay at the forefront of the fastener industry. To do this, Heroslam is intensifying its research activity of new materials and coatings for thread rolling high-hardness parts, through collaboration with leading technology centres in the region.
The objective is to develop a new generation of threading tools that offer performance and durability improvements when thread rolling heat-treated parts or parts made of special materials such as titanium or inconel, among others.
The company also plans to continue with their business diversification strategy, both geographically and industry wise, doubling its commitment to high demanding sectors and betting on new markets with increasing potential such as China, Taiwan, Korea, Canada, Brazil or Russia.
