The machines for whole snail process consist: washing feed elevator - washing pre sorting calibrator (one nunber) - salting drum - blanching flow tunnel - selection belt (optional) - sorting calibrator (to 3-5 numbers).
The machines only shell process consist: washing feed elevator - blanching cleaning with soda water steam- washing drum - wring drum - drying drum - sorting calibrator (to 3-5 numbers).
Each machine included electrical pannel.
To blanching only the fillets using boiler kettle with steam water. To cleaning using washing fillet machine.Each machine included electrical pannel. The above are optional choices.
