With reference to the subject matter we would like to request you to please go through our requirements for ASM Unit + LC gate Interface unit. Please find enclosed herewith the document for your information. Some details of the tender for your reference: 1. Project Information: North-east Frontier Railways - NFR (End Customer) 2. Location: Assam, Bihar, West-Bengal (in various 5 division of NFR) 3. Entire Project Delivery Period: 7 months 4. We have to deliver this solution for three projects. 5. To deliver the solution as per tender milestones and would like to have the delivery in a phased manner. Please consider the units delivery to be done phase-wise as below. • Phase 1 with 20 to 30% delivery within 60 days from PO • Phase 2 with 40 to 50% delivery within next 45 days • Phase 3 with remaining percentage delivery within next 45 days 6. Additional requirements for the documentation such as method statement, detailed drawings of the solution, Quality Assurance Plan, Material Test Plan, Inspection Test Reports to be provided and to make it a part of the offer. 7. Trainings on the solution to be also included and to make it a part of the offer. 8. Total quantities of the units required: For ASM unit: 72 For LC gate Interface Unit: 75 & Integration of ASM Unit + LC Gate Interface unit with Main Application.
