PUNCHING OF LAMINATED ELEKTROINSULATING MATERIALS
Based on the requirements of our customers we expanded the production capacity of another processing possibility of electro-insulating materials, plastics, rubber, banding and slot insulations, of punching technology. PUNCHING OF LAMINATED ELEKTRO- INSULATING MATERIALS and engineering plastics leads to a significant increase of manufacturing productivity, material applicability and thereby cost reduction during the production parts in larger series. According to the product difficulty, required material and series size we are able to individually recommend using of the most suitable tool for punching. Production and testing of the shape complicated tool for PUNCHING OF LAMINATED ELEKTROINSULATING MATERIALS takes about 2 – 3 months. Production of a simple tool, whose shape requires only modification of the existing tool takes in order of several weeks. Standard lifetime of the tool is in dependence on the type of material about 500 000 strokes.
Thickness of the punched parts made of electro-insulating materials is normally to 3 mm or to 5 mm. Dimensional tolerances of lengths and diameters can be achieved according to the type of material and its thickness from ± 0,1 mm.
