PRINCIPLES OF LEAN MANAGEMENT
Lean is a set of management methods that is based on several basic principles. First of all, it is the effort of the organization to continually improve in all areas, to stay in the set changes, to avoid unnecessary waste, to increase efficiency and thus to get a long-term and economically repayable investment, primarily taking into account the best satisfaction of the customer's needs.
The term Lean Management is usually used. It is a way of thinking and philosophy, which must be accepted by all parts of the organization. Lean is often used with different attributes, depending on which area the methodology should be applied to.
