Rashtraudhyog Limited(RUL), an ISO 9001 Certified Company is a leading manufacturer for supply of overhead transmission line hardware fittings, conductor accessories and bus bar clamps & connectors from 11kv to 765 kv line as well as for sub-station. The company has presently two manufacturing units- both located about 10 km on different side from Calcutta. The units have one of the most comprehensive manufacturing facilities in Eastern India. The Products are under development for 1200 kv items. The company is equipped with most modern plant and machineries to produce quality products by prudently following policies of technical upgradation, product development in house tooling and continuous in house research to provide total customer satisfaction. The company has more than 200 employees at present and the current annual turnover is Rs.350 Million. The company has a well equipped modern testing laboratory where the products are subjected to rigorous pre and post manufacturing quality control tests to ensure conformity to international and national standards including ISO 9002 . As a result, the company has to its credit ”ISI certification mark” granted by the Govt. of India, which is only given to the products of very high quality. The quality control process adopted by the company is regulated under a very comprehensive quality assurance plan forming a vital part in everyday production.
